Distribution of gas and other fuel
Application of TechnoTrack system on the distribution if natural gas and other fuel enhances the control of the fuel being pumped in and out of vehicles and increases the efficiency and safety. A more efficient system with greater degree of control reduces mandatory fuel reserve while increasing revenue and decreasing expenditure. TechnoTrack system enables better planning and provides business intelligence for short term and long term decision making.
Telemetry data being transmitted from the vehicle contains time and location of all events when fuel was pumped in or out if the vehicle with the amounts of fuel pumped through the micromotion valve. Through integration with the clients business software, retail data and warehouse delivery forms are transferred from the vehicle directly in to the clients business software.
Delivery optimization system reduces the cost and time of a delivery and increases revenue and the number of deliveries per vehicle. Workforce management system points to risk factors and bad habits of drivers, this increases safety and reduces repair costs for the vehicles.

Fleet management system is a set of modern tools that help with cost reduction and administrative book keeping of the vehicle fleet and maintenance.
Business intelligence helps with decision making, alarms notify the user of upcoming maintenance, tire changes, registration and leasing for each vehicle. The goal of the system is better organization in working with the vehicle fleet and cost reduction. Tracking
Tracking the vehicles and checking their current position is the basis for quality management of the vehicle fleet. The device inside the vehicle stores positions and sends them to the system’s central server. The positions are gathered in a variety of ways most common of them are: economical and detailed settings. The positions can be gathered every second or in a wider interval with economical settings. All data about the vehicle movement are stored in the central server database from the moment the vehicle is put in to operation. Current position and the vehicles past movement can be reviewed at any time for one or more vehicles.
Reviewing past movement and vehicle position also reveals sensor events and their position and time they occurred. Tracking is connected with alarms, so alarms are displayed applications for vehicle review. Each event and position has a corresponding date and time so they can be displayed chronologically. Using all data available the logistics department can make better business decisions and have a better degree of control over the vehicle fleet.

Alarm
Managing mobile assets is a challenging 24h a day job, and alarms are a key part of this. These days the most important commodity is getting information on time, it is important for all industries but especially for logistics and fleet management. This solution increases security of vehicles and drivers, also makes the control over the fleet more efficient and reliable.
Solution enables the user to have control over the vehicles he is tracking 24h a day. User can define his own alarm triggering events or he can use standard predefined alarms. The system alarms the user by SMS, email and as an alarm popup within the SkyTrack applications. Standard alarm events feature events like: entering or stopping within a forbidden zone, vehicle being driven without a registered driver, activating certain sensors within a vehicle (doors, car alarm…) or driving over the top speed or driving the car in high RPM for a long period of time.
User can choose the way the alarms will be distributed and who will receive them. Alarms could be set up differently for every vehicle and each vehicle can send alarms to different person.
